My workout routine

Before I get into any information about my workout routine, I want to firstly say that I am not a trainer nor an expert, this is just what I have found to be the most effective for my own body. I’m at a point where I’ve lost the fat I want to, and am in the active process of building muscle, so this is what makes sense with that goal in mind.

Remember! Every body is different and everyone’s needs change, so please take it with a grain of salt. And an additional reminder! Doing some form of working out is much better than nothing at all, so whatever it is you choose to do in terms of your fitness, you’re moving in a healthy direction.

That said, here is what a typical week looks like for me:

Monday:

  • 1/2 hour on Treadmill

  • Legs and Biceps day + 20 minutes of cardio + abs

Tuesday:

  • 1/2 hour on Treadmill

  • Chest and Triceps day + 20 minutes of cardio + abs

  • Pickleball

Wednesday:

  • 1/2 hour on Treadmill

  • Back and Shoulders day + 20 minutes of cardio + abs

  • Pickleball

Thursday:

  • 1/2 hour on Treadmill

  • Legs, Chest and Triceps day + 20 minutes of cardio + abs

  • Pickleball

Friday:

  • 1/2 hour on Treadmill

  • Back, Biceps and Abs day + 20 minutes of cardio + additional abs

Saturday:

  • Workout - 12/3.5/30 on the treadmill

Sunday:

  • Active recovery (usually an outdoor walk, swimming, or stretching)
